3. Payments

Payment terms, deposits, and schedules will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.

Work may not commence until required deposits are received.

4. Design Changes

Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional costs and timeline

adjustments. All changes must be approved before proceeding.

5. Site Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring site access, readiness, and safe working conditions

prior to installation.

6. Warranty

Alpha Woodcrafts stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Specific warranty details

7. Photography and Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Alpha Woodcrafts reserves the right to photograph

completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Woodcrafts shall not be held liable for delays or damages resulting from circumstances

beyond our control.
